This Government Pension Scheme has been started by the State Government to provide maximum financial assistance to all the farmers of the State through this scheme so that they do not have to depend on any other person in future. Under the scheme, for the expenses of the citizens, a sum of Rs. 600 / - will be provided to them every month in the form of pension.

Eligibility criteria : A person with 50% or more disability
The standard of assistance : The benefit of free travel within the limits of Gujarat State is given in all types of buses of Gujarat State Road Transport.

Under this scheme the benefit is given as per the percentage of disability shown in the form below.
Blindness :- 90% or more bus passe
- A person with 50% or more visual impairment and his / her assistant will be eligible for free travel.
Hearing loss :
- 90% or more bus passes
- Free travel for a person with 50% or more disability and 50% discount on ticket fare for his / her assistant
- 90% or more bus passes
- Free travel for a person with 50% or more disability and 50% discount on ticket fare for his / her assistant
Low vision :
- 90% or more bus passes
- A person with 50% or more visual impairment and his / her assistant will be eligible for free travel.
- 90% or more bus passes
- A person with 50% or more disability will be entitled to free travel and his / her assistant will get the benefit of free travel.
- A person with an intellectual disability of 50% or more with a disability and a helper will be able to avail the benefit of free travel free of cost.
- 90% or more bus passes
- A person with 50% or more disability and his / her helper will be entitled to free travel benefit.
- 90% or more bus passes
- A person with 50% or more disability will be entitled to free travel and his / her assistant will get the benefit of free travel.
- 90% or more bus passes
- 30% or more of the victims of 12 acid attacks pass
- 80% or more disability only ST bus pass
- A person with 50% or more disability will get the benefit of free travel while his / her assistant will be eligible for free travel.
cerebellar palsy :
A person with 50% or more disability will be able to avail the benefit of 100% free travel for himself and his assistant.

Damage to the nervous-neurodevelopmental state :
A person with 50% or more disability will be able to avail the benefit of 100% free travel for himself and his assistant.

Documents to be submitted :
- Proof of Residence (Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Driving License / Aadhar Card / Any one of Election Card)
- Proof of age (School Leaving Certificate / Medical Certificate / Birth Certificate (any one of the above Talati / Nagar Panchayat records)
- Disability Medical Certificate showing the percentage of disability of the District Civil Surgeon / Medical Superintendent
- Signature of the applicant
- Full photo of the applicant
